PROSPECTIUNI S.A. is a Romanian legal entity which operates in accordance with law provisions no. 31/1990 and its constitutive issued act. The serial number of the Trade Register is J40/4072/1991 from 10th of June 1991, with an unique registration code 1552801 from 9th of December 1992.

 

PROSPECTIUNI S.A. is registered at the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court of Law with the certificate series B, number 3761283, issued on the 14th of February 2019.

 

The main company activity from the Romanian activity code list is: “Architectural, engineering and technical consultancy services related”, CAEN code 7112.

 

In order to comply with the legal requirements PROSPECTIUNI S.A. possess certificates, certifications and authorizations for its activities.

 

The main certificates and authorisations are:

 

► Attestation certificate no. 1105/27.02.2013 issued by the National Agency for Mineral Resources, which certifies the technical and professional competence for geological and geophysical services.

 

► Authorisation certificate, issued by the National Agency for Cadaster and Real Estate Advertising, which authorized PROSPECTIUNI S.A. to execute specialised works for cadaster, geodesy and cartography, class II.

 

► Environmental certificates and permits for activities with potential significant impact on the environment (dangerous goods road transportation, explosive materials and radioactive sources storage, equipment maintenance activities).

 

► CNCAN authorisations for import-export, possession, storage, use, operation, transport and product security, for all the equipment that uses ionised radiation sources, cased hole logging equipment, perforation and probing the productive oil and gas layers. All the authorisations are issued by the National Commission of the Nuclear Activities (CNCAN) Bucharest.

 

► ITM Bucharest and DGP Bucharest authorisations in accordance to updated law 126/1995, and ITM Buzau and DGP Buzau based on article 9 of the same law, for holding, using, transporting and importing-exporting civil explosive materials, as well as explosive materials storage.
