Prospectiuni directly supports students and facilitates their access to  education and career development.

We have initiated a program to fund scholarships to universities in Romania. We also provide internships in our operations designed for students who want to improve their practical  knowledge, work experience, and wish to explore the opportunity of a career with our company.

In addition Prospectiuni is active in supporting student organizations,  sponsors student participation at professional conferences and provides  financial, logistical, and organizational support (including equipment and  personnel) for annual field training courses and projects.
