PROSPECȚIUNI S.A is processing personal data in conformity to the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, with the following conditions:
1. the data subject has given consent to the processing of his or her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
2. processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
3. processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject;
4. processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, in particular where the data subject is a child.
PROSPECTIUNI S.A. has established technical-organizational measures to protect the personal data, against accidental or illegal destruction, loss, modification, disclosure or unauthorized access, including IT networks or authorized providers data transmittal as well as any other forms of illegal processing.
PROSPECTIUNI S.A. has implemented a system of informing and communicating with the data subjects about the purposes of data processing as well as obtaining the consent for their personal data processing.
PROSPECTIUNI S.A. ensures that personal data is only processed for the purpose mentioned in the notice. The collected data are kept as long as the applicable legal requirements allows or for the time period established by both parties.
► The right to access. We can provide information regarding confirmation of processing the personal data and the specifics of the processing.
► The right to data rectification. If requested, we can modify your incorrect personal data, or fill some incomplete information.
► The right to data erasure (“the right to be forgotten”). You can request the deletion of your personal data in a few situations: (i) the data is not necessary for the purposes that it was initially collected; (ii) you have withdrawn your consent for your personal data processing and there is no legal way to process the personal data; (iii) the data processing is against the law; (iv) the personal data must be deleted as per relevant legislation.

► The right to opposition and automated individual decision making, including profiling. You may oppose at any time the marketing purpose processing based on the legitimate interest of the company for reasons related to your specific situation.
► The right to withdraw consent in informing and promoting purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time regarding processing your personal data.
► The right to file a complaint to a personal data supervisory authority. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory authority if you consider that your rights have been violated.
► The right to legal charge. You have the legal right to open a legal charge against a judicial decision, to a supervisory authority.
► The right to being informed by the operator about your personal data processing.
